Once on site, our team provided a visual assessment of the entire parking structure, which included three levels, a top deck (surface parking), and multiple stair towers.
We use a comprehensive approach with our assessments that not only examines each individual aspect of the garage, but also accounts for how the structure was intended to withstand the elements, namely water intrusion.
